The program

Kudzu INVEST Act Q&A is an automated text message service from Kudzu (Kudzu Technology Incorporated). You text a question about the INVEST Act of 2025 (H.R. 3383), a public capital formation bill, and an automated AI assistant texts back an answer that comes only from the text of the INVEST Act (H.R. 3383 as passed by the House). To join, follow the steps on the text program page, which shows the keyword and number.

Eligibility

The program is for people in the United States who are at least 18 years old and who use a US mobile number that they own or are authorized to use. Other numbers are not supported.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. You only receive texts after you text us: a confirmation, and replies to your questions, up to 6 answers per conversation. Msg&data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

STOP and HELP

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. We confirm once and send nothing more. Reply START to rejoin.
• Reply HELP or INFO for help, or reply HUMAN to ask for a person.

Automated assistant and informational use only

Replies are generated by artificial intelligence, and the assistant says so. They come only from the text of the INVEST Act. The assistant does not report votes, news or opinions. Replies are for general information only. They are not legal, investment, tax or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for the text of the bill or for a qualified professional. The assistant can be wrong.

The program is not political advocacy. It does not send fundraising, donation, candidate or election messages, and it does not tell anyone how to vote or what to think of the bill.

Acceptable use

When you use the program, do not:

• break the law, or use the program to harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
• send spam, automated or bulk messages to the program, or try to get around its limits;
• try to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to our systems;
• send sensitive personal information, such as account numbers or a Social Security number.

We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who does, and we may limit how many messages a number can send.

Carriers

Wireless carriers and other messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your signal, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may change these terms or the program. We will post the new terms here and update the effective date. If you keep using the program after a change, you accept the new terms. We may also end the program, and if we do we will tell people who have joined.
